Confidence Woman Synopsis

It feels like if we blink the Crisis on Infinite Earths will be here! The filming on the mega crossover event is finished! With that said, the sixth episode of Supergirl's fifth season now has a synopsis, and we are yet to see (at least from our limited read through of this synopsis) any hint that Crisis is coming to Earth 38. A mysterious new villain is behind bars at the DEO and Kara seeks information from them. That's not all, of course, Lena and Andrea seem to get into it again and we might get a bit about their relationship in the past, check out the synopsis for yourself below:

PIECE TOGETHER THE PAST – While a new villain is under arrest at the DEO, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) uses him to try and understand who is responsible for the recent attacks.  Meanwhile, Andrea (Julie Gonzalo) and Lena (Katie McGrath) think back on their tumultuous past.  Shannon Kohli directed the episode written by Dana Horgan & Nicki Holcomb (#506). Original airdate 11/10/2019.

Perhaps this is when Jack Spheer makes his reappearance.

I wonder if the 100th episode of Supergirl will be super-sized and perhaps have a wedding between Lois and Clark.

Also looking forward to the 100th episode this season.

Speaking of which, on Instagram I have been seeing pictures of a poster for a big event to celebrate Supergirl's 100 episodes. It's set to take place in Vancouver 11/29/2019...the day after Thanksgiving in the US.

As to the original source...not so sure...but the venue name has been redacted. All I see is an 818 (LA/Hollywood area code) phone number to call...or you cam RSVP by email.
It says RSVP by 11/29 with the date of the event whited out.

Love what I am seeing so far in that SuperGirl is appearing in the synopses, the trailers and the pictures of these episodes. This is more than what happened in seasons 2-4 and I have a feeling it will only get better as the season progresses. Looking forward to the crossover and the episodes that appear before and after the crossover. Also looking forward to the 100th episode this season.

I'm having higher hopes for these later episodes. With James gone (no offense to Mehcad) and the story of J'onn's brother seemingly resolved, hopefully we can bring the focus back round to Supergirl. And hopefully have some better fights. I thought episode 3 would be fantastic for fighting, based on the trailer, but we got the vast majority of Supergirl's fight with the spider-lady in that very trailer.

I know the writers are different, but it's still Berlanti Productions...and I'd give anything for some fight quality anywhere near what Arrow or Titans have given us with their latest episodes.

It does make much sense that Barry wouldn't be checking in on Kara regarding the Crisis.

You'd think Leviathan would be dropping clues. But so far we got a brief Monitor scene with J'onn's brother and that's it.

Sound interesting. Let's hope it has some meat to it. I'll tune in as I normally do. :-)
